Small but mighty. The village of Tivoli is only a few short blocks, but it features some of the premier arts, culinary, shopping and outdoor destinations in the Hudson Valley. TM+A is the collective of artisans and business owners working together to put a spotlight on this eclectic gem. Co-directed by Andrea @ Gig, TM+A is getting noticed.
